There are lots of great YouTube videos. One of my favourites is one Justina forwarded to me:

Not feeling brave enough to create my own video, but I bet I can convince my kids to make one that I can post!
I could see the videos being a useful tool for information services to provide mini instructional videos.
Podcasts:
I signed up to ABC World News through Podcast.com I have added the url to feed into my igoogle page.
I may consider subscribing to other podcasts, although, I am uncomfortable with having to sign up for them. I'd rather be able to find them and just have them go to my igoogle without having to subscribe.
