I have used Wikis before. They can be very helpful when working with a group. We had several pages within our Wiki to keep it organized.
We also set it up so we would be notified by email when new information was entered, otherwise it could be overwhelming trying to go in and figure out what is new.
On the Wiki, under tools, select "Watch" to be notified.
